faytech ltd. specializes in the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of touch screen LCD monitors and touch screen PCs. With its roots in Germany, faytech today sells and supports touch monitor products on a worldwide basis. Design and global sales are handled at faytech´s headquarters in Shenzhen, China. faytech´s production facilities are in Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Distribution throughout the European sector is centralized at our warehouse in Bochum, Germany, while our North American operations are coordinated in Aurora, CO. Furthermore, faytech has a development team located in the southern part of Germany and various developing partnerships in China.

History

faytech´s roots lay in Germany. Starting in 2002, Logitel GmbH developed and marketed electronic devices. In 2005 the company started to import touch screen displays. Within three years, Logitel GmbH became the leading touch screen supplier in Germany. In 2008 long-term sales and distribution contracts were established in Germany and part of the management team moved to Shenzhen to start a production facility in China and establish the faytech brand. In 2009, faytech ltd. was founded as a merger between German quality and development know-how and Chinese sourcing and manufacturing competencies.

Our Customer

The reference list of well known German brands using faytech touch screen displays and PCs is substantial. For example, faytech delivers its products to business units of T-Systems, Siemens and Bavaria Filmstudios, as well as to research institutes like the Max-Planck-Institut or the Institut für Luft-und Raumfahrt. faytech´s touch screen displays and PCs are used in a wide variety of applications. Customers use the faytech technology at home for house automation and media center applications; factories use the displays for controlling their machines; restaurants, bars and drugstores use the touch screen systems to make their sales processes more efficient.

Our Development and Quality Guidelines

In addition to the ISO 9000/9001/9004/19011: 2000 certification of our factories, the German quality team is responsible for a stable supply of high quality parts. Every faytech touchscreen display and PC is tested several times and is deemed to be completely operational before leaving the factory.
